Oh great, we get to play the Minnesota Wild again! At least they have one of the top rookies of the year... uh... well, they do play such an exciting brand of hockey... uh... ummm... well, they have a much-admired coach?

NHL Preview

Gee, Minnesota is only 9 points behind us... any chance they make the playoffs?

4-2 Canucks

I like Minny a lot more than stupid Calgary, as a hockey team.

When I look at this game the nucks really should be able to beat the Wild without question. There is no way we start another loosing streak and leaving the garage is a blessing right now to start a nice 10-4-0 streak on these next road games.

Nucks 4-1

He has how many Stanley Cup rings?

Let's hope not, I still remeber what happened the last time we faced them in the post season.

Well this time they will have one of the best offensive players in the game (Gaborik).

If we keep the new lines and the shots on goal low we could win but these guys don't give many opportunities most of the time.

Well Fernandez is in net so that's good for us since Roloson is the guy who usually has our number. With Oulette in net though who knows.

Wow - what a snoozefest! Other than a couple creative opportunities by the Sedins, that period was not worth watching...

Hmmm... somehow the Canucks outshot the Wild 12-10...?

I think the Minnesota homer statistician must be trying to boost Fernandez's save percentage...

...oh, I almost forgot to mention... McGeogh AGAIN! mad.gif Send him to the East once in a while... PLEASE!

I like what I see from this Rypien kid. Keeping in consideration what his role is. When he first came up he was hesitant and I thought if this guy doesn't get loose he'll get sent down.

Although he's not that big of a guy, (at the moment) he has heart. All the time when driving for a puck and you can see he's going to get hit to take it he takes the hit. Even Cooke many times will try to avoid it. He also seems to have a decent pair of wheels on him. He looks good on the fourth line.

He was injured late in the Predators game... but came back and played at least one more shift. Must be more serious than he thought...
