wow, Calgary just had a melt-down in the second period. Turned a 4-0 lead into a 4-4 tie. Now that makes me feel a bit better about our own collapse last night smile.gif

True but they still have a chance to pull it out. Their collapse is not yet complete.

Still blowing a 4-0 lead is pretty sad. Kipper is off to his usual slow October start.

I just hope someone scores in regualtion. NO 3 pointers please, although it almost certainly will be one.

And the goddamn Wild are leading again 1-0. Maybe they are for real this year.

LOL Calgary was terrible, even if it was a 3-point game. I like the Avs more anyways. tongue.gif

God fricking Hell I hate the Wild. They're like that nagging little brother that never pisses off.

Even though it was a 3-pointer and even though I picked Kipper in the hockey pool and a loss costs me points, I can't help but laugh at the Flames blowing a 4-0 lead.

It was crazy. The first two Av goals were saved by Kipper but the rebounds went off his own players back into the net (kinda like our OT winner against them), the 3rd goal was a cross crease pass that went off of Aucoins skate into his own net, and the fourth was a shot from the point that tipped off a Flame! Talk about terrible puckluck.

Aucoin is just awful these days. At 4mil a season, he is easily Calgary's most overpaid player. If he's not injured he's turning the puck over. The Hawks were ticked pink that they could rid themselves of that contract.

The Flames D was their strength in years past but they are starting to look a little thin, especially after Phaneuf and Regehr.

I hesitate to laugh right now.....for one thing our own start to this season has been less than stellar. rolleyes.gif

But mostly because it always seems, what goes around comes around..... unsure.gif

Apparently over at CalPuck, they thought McCabe's self goal was hilarious, but they overdid it a bit tongue.gif
